Paris Hilton has been charged with drunk driving stemming from her September 7 arrest. The socialite was caught driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 per cent - the minimum to warrant an arrest under California law. The Simple Life star was booked and released. An arraignment is set for tomorrow in Los Angeles Superior Court. Hilton is not required to appear. If convicted, Hilton could be jailed for six months and fined $1,000.
