Prosecutors also want the hotel heiress to be banned from consuming alcohol for 90 days and that she wear a monitoring device to ensure she complies with this order.

Hilton, 26, was spotted driving along Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles on February 28 without her headlights on. Her police stop showed Hilton had been sentenced the previous month to 36 months probation, alcohol education and $1,500 in fines after she pleaded no contest to alcohol-related reckless driving stemming from a September arrest.

Hilton And Blunt An Item?

Paris Hilton is rumored to be romancing British singer James Blunt, after the pair were spotted smooching in a Los Angeles nightclub. The heiress, who was recently reported to be dating Depserate Housewives hunk Josh Henderson, partied with Blunt and her sister Nicky Hilton at LA hotspot Teddies on Wednesday night.

According to PageSix, the pair "danced and held hands" before kissing. But a spokesperson for the singer - who recently split from supermodel Petra Nemcova - dismissed the reports, saying, "This sounds like gossip to me!"

And Jonathan Jaxson also claims Spears tried to contact Kardashian when she was in New York, but her invite to go out together was turned down amid fears Hilton would get upset at her exclusion. He says, "Britney had her people contact Paris and say they couldn't hang out any more. Britney was in NYC and kept texting Kim to hang out and go bowling or something."

Hilton Caught Driving With Suspended License

Socialite Paris Hilton is facing a 90-day jail spell after being found in violation of the terms of her probation. The hotel heiress was spotted driving along Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles on Tuesday night without her headlights on, according to police reports. Officers pulled Hilton over in her Bentley convertible and found she was driving with a suspended license - the result of her drink driving arrest last September.

She later pleaded no contest to reckless driving and was placed on probation. Hilton's publicist Elliot Mintz insists he and his client were unaware that her driving license had been suspended. But Nick Velasquez, spokesman for the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office, tells People magazine, "We have sufficient evidence to prove that Hilton had knowledge of the suspension, and yet continued to drive." A hearing has been set for April 17.

Richie Diagnosed with Hypoglycemia

The Simple Life star Nicole Richie has been diagnosed with blood disorder hypoglycemia. The condition means the skinny socialite's blood sugar levels are often too low to provide an adequate amount of energy for her body.

A spokesperson for Richie tells America's People magazine, "In her ongoing effort to focus on her well-being, Nicole has recently been diagnosed with hypoglycemia. (She) is taking steps to manage it." The diagnosis comes less than a month after Richie was hospitalized for dehydration after falling ill while filming the new season of her hit reality show, in which she and pal Paris Hilton have been counseling children at a health camp. A source says, "Four or five times she's felt really faint and almost passed out and then she has to go into her trailer for a good part of the day." Richie has spent the last year battling reports she has an eating disorder and recently confessed she called in a therapist and a nutritionist to help her figure out why she was so thin.

Jeopardizes 'Simple Life'?

Rocker Courtney Love has sparked concern about Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie's plans to work as camp counselors for children in a TV series, after claiming drugs were readily available at Hilton's recent birthday party. In a posting on her website, the former Hole singer has spoken out about the "white powder" she discovered in the toilet at Hilton's 24 February party. And now the head of Foundations For Jewish Camping is worried about the pair's stint as camp counselors in the upcoming fifth season of their reality show The Simple Life.

Jerry Silverman tells the New York Daily News, "Counselors are trained, recruited and tested. We take (it) very seriously." The latest season of the show has already made headlines after Richie was taken to hospital on Friday suffering from dehydration on set.

Nicole Richie Hospitalized

Socialite Nicole Richie was briefly hospitalized for dehydration on Friday after falling ill while filming the new season of her reality show The Simple Life. The 25-year-old was examined by a doctor on the set of the show and she was then taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

According to E! Online, she was given intravenous fluids for 15 minutes and then released. After the incident, her representative said, "Nicole is home resting and will return to work this evening. We are proud of the weight that Nicole is gaining and her focus on her health." Richie announced in October she was seeking treatment to help her gain weight. The upcoming season of The Simple Life features Richie and best friend Paris Hilton working as camp counselors.

Paris Hilton celebrated her 26th birthday in Las Vegas over the weekend with two dates for the big event. The Simple Life star celebrated at celebrity sushi restaurant Nobu with her sister Nicky Hilton, her boyfriend David Katzenberg and Nicole Richie and Joel Madden.

According to veteran Hollywood gossip columnist Janet Charlton, Hilton had two dates for the evening, former boyfriend Stavros Niarchos and Brandon Davis. The socialite was seen hopping between Niarchos and Davis, alternately kissing one, and then the other, between bites of sushi. The cozy threesome also reportedly shared a room at The Palms Hotel and Casino.

Barton Breaks Up with Adler

Mischa Barton has ended her relationship with musician Cisco Adler after nude photos of him appeared on the Internet. The OC star was reportedly shocked when pictures of her boyfriend turned up among Paris Hilton's possessions when the contents of her storage locker were posted online at ParisExposed.com. According to American publication Us Weekly, the pair parted was soon after the nude shots of Adler, 28, surfaced on the website.

A source says, "They had a blowup. She was furious." Barton, 21, had been dating the rocker since August 2005, two months after she ended her one-year relationship with oil heir Brandon Davis. Adler, who is the lead singer for the band Whitestarr, was once engaged to Rod Stewart's daughter, Kimberly.

Lohan Parties With Paris While in Rehab

Lindsay Lohan has sparked fears she isn't taking her stint in rehab seriously after partying with pal Paris Hilton at a Hollywood club last weekend. The Mean Girls star checked herself into a rehabilitation facility last month but has been spotted out shopping and having lunch with friends. On Friday night, Lohan and Hilton sparked a media frenzy on their way out of Les Deux nightclub.

Lohan, who is 20-years-old and not allowed to legally drink in the US, was spotted again less than 24 hours later sneaking out of West Hollywood nightclub Area alone. The star has reportedly angered other residents in her rehab facility who claim she is using the premises more like a hotel than a treatment facility. Lohan's representative Leslie Sloane Zelnik slammed reports she was getting favorable treatment last week saying, "Lindsay is 100 percent not getting special treatment. This isn't the Betty Ford clinic, it's not a lock-down facility. There is personal time."

Judge Shuts Down Paris Hilton Website

A Los Angeles federal judge ordered the ParisExposed.com web site to be temporarily shut down last Friday. The site, which launched on January 23, allowed visitors to view Paris Hilton's financial information, personal diaries, home videos and medical records for a fee. According to Hilton's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, the judge ordered the temporary shut-down "because the site violated my client's right to privacy and was a copyright infringement.

The owner of the site, (Bardia Persa), has an opportunity on 16 February to contest the order. He can either do it in writing or orally in court. If he doesn't show up, or the judge isn't swayed, the order can turn into a permanent injunction." Persa purchased a storage bin full of Hilton's belongings for a reported $10 million from a third party after the storage bill went unpaid and the company auctioned her possessions off for $2775. Persa then allegedly created the subscription-based website, which was very briefly closed down once last week and may now be shut down for good.

Hilton Sues Website

Paris Hilton is suing the website that has published naked photos of her, in an attempt to shut it down. Visitors to ParisExposed.Com are able to pay to view raunchy snaps, home videos, diary entries and pictures of the heiress' passport and personal belongings, obtained from a storage container. The items were sold at auction by the storage firm, who claimed its fees hadn't been paid for two years - but Hilton alleges a removal company was supposed to pay. The "shocked and surprised" 25-year-old claims the belongings were put into storage in 2005 after she and sister Nicky moved out of a house that had been burgled.

A court statement from Hilton, part of a lawsuit filed yesterday in Los Angeles, reads, "I was appalled to learn that people are exploiting me and my sisters' private personal belongings for commercial gain." Hilton is calling for the closure of the website on the grounds it invades her privacy and exposes her and Nicky to people who could "to steal my identity, or even worse, to harass or stalk me." She has filed copyright registrations for three writings among her belongings, and accuses the website of copyright infringement. The lawsuit alleges the items were bought by Nabil and Nabila Haniss for $2,775 and sold to Bardia Persa for $10 million.

Taylor Reveals First Husband Hilton Was a "Cruel" Drunk

Movie icon Elizabeth Taylor has exposed her first husband, Conrad Hilton Jr., as a "cruel" drunk in a new magazine interview. The actress was a teenager when she exchanged vows with the hotel heir in 1950 and was so smitten with the handsome socialite she studied Catholicism to be his wife. But she admits she never took the union seriously enough and divorced Hilton, who is the uncle of Paris Hilton and Nicky Hilton's father, nine months later - after discovering he had a drinking problem.

Hotel heiress Paris Hilton reportedly visited a plastic surgeon in Los Angeles earlier this week in a bid to fix her 'drooping' left eyelid. The 25-year-old was allegedly left with muscle damage in her left eye after a botched eyelid lift operation six years ago, and the damage has reportedly been worsened by her fondness for wearing blue-tinted contact lenses over her naturally brown eyes.

A source tells PageSix.com, "(Her eyes) have been drying out lately. She is ignoring doctors' orders to not wear her tinted contacts." However, Hilton's representative Elliot Mintz denies the rumors, insisting, "To the best of my knowledge, Paris has never had any kind of cosmetic surgery and has not mentioned any medical procedures having to do with her eyes."

Pop star Britney Spears and her new pal Paris Hilton are sharing the number one spot on Mr. Blackwell's 47th annual Worst Dressed Women List. The designer unveiled his selection yesterday, branding the pair "two peas in an over-exposed pod" and "style-free and fashion deprived."

Scoring the third spot was 20-year-old Lindsay Lohan, who Blackwell said went "from adorable to deplorable." Also targeted was 57-year-old Meryl Streep, who played a fashion editor in The Devil Wears Prada. Blackwell's selections for best-dressed include Kate Winslet, Angelina Jolie and Dame Helen Mirren.

Hilton "Fired" From Club Paris

Paris Hilton will no longer be associated with two nightclubs called Club Paris, because the socialite's failure to attend scheduled appearances has angered the venues' owner. Fred Khalilian refuses to change the name of his flagship club in Orlando, Florida or that of its sister club in nearby Jacksonville. He has now "fired" Hilton, who even arrived six hours late for the Orlando club's opening two years ago, and wants the two Club Paris' to refer to the French capital instead.

Khalilian says, "She's created a circus for herself. It's all about, how has she screwed up now?" Hilton's spokesman Elliot Mintz, who claims neither Hilton nor himself have been contacted by Khalilian, says, "I'm certainly disappointed to learn of Fred's unfortunate comments. We shall address his statements at the appropriate time."

Spears Blasts Drunk New Year Reports

Britney Spears has rubbished reports she got so drunk while seeing in the New Year she had to be carried out of a Las Vegas nightclub. The singer was partying at the Pure venue in Caesar's Palace, and was said to have drunk so much champagne, security guards helped her off the premises.

However, her manager Larry Rudolph claims the singer walked out of the club because she "was just done." He says, "She was not drunk. She was just tired and falling asleep." Spears, 25, filed for divorce from her husband Kevin Federline in November, shortly after the birth of their second child. She has since been photographed incessantly partying with pals including Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan.

Spears and Hilton Named Worst Role Models

Britney Spears and Paris Hilton have been voted the Worst Celebrity Role Models of 2006 in a joint poll between Associated Press and AOL. The pop star has come under fire for her questionable parenting skills and her incessant partying since filing for divorce from Kevin Federline in early November and scooped 29 percent of the votes.

Spears' partying pal Hilton followed in second place with 18 percent of votes, while Mel Gibson came third with 12 percent following his July arrest for drink-driving and anti-Semitic attack against the arresting officer. Other names in the top 10 Worst Celebrity Role Models include Tom Cruise, Michael Richards, Nicole Richie, Federline, Lindsay Lohan and Angelina Jolie.
